When to Call?
ANYTIME DAY OR NIGHT!

If you or someone you care about is contemplating suicide we can help...

Pain, despair, and overwhelming hopelessness can strike at any hour. The staff and volunteers of The Salvation Army Suicide Crisis Line work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week around the clock giving hope to those facing inescapable darkness.

The Salvation Army began its’ first Anti-Suicide ministry in 1906 and remains a vital intervention and prevention ministry offered by The Salvation Army.

Why Call?

You're not alone. We all face times of crisis in life and sometimes when life becomes overwhelming people feel desperate and have a difficult time finding the strength to hang on until the crisis is over. It can be helpful to talk to someone before you make any quick decisions.

Our trained Crisis Line Workers will listen to you, set goals with you, create a prevention plan, make referrals, provide information to you and help build a support system that will enable you to survive and thrive.
